Curated by Head Chef Alkis Vardaramatos, our à la carte menu of decadent delicacies is inspired by Mediterranean flavours, such as chilean sea bass and kalamari a la plancha. Just like our performances, each dish is designed to tempt and tantalise the senses, complete with artistic platings for added drama. A selection of fine wines, spirits, and expertly crafted cocktails rounds off the experience with aplomb.
